CALIFORNIA Association OF PARK AND Recreation

Commissioners AND BOARD MEMBERS
Each year CAPRCBM holds an Awards and Installation Banquet as part of the California and Pacific Southwest Recreation and Park Conference. Recognizing the importance of honoring worthy and valued contributions to the park and recreation profession, the Board of Directors bestows appreciation to the Outstanding Commission, Outstanding Professional, Outstanding Commissioner and also presents a Special Award. In 2008, the President’s Award was established by the Board of Directors to recognize an individual who has made a major contribution toward park and recreation facilities and programs that will service a public park and recreation agency and its participants for many years. The deadline for annual award consideration is November 1.
