CAPRCBM ROUND TABLE DISCUSSIONS – MANHATTAN BEACH SEPT 2011

CAPRCBM Roundtable Discussions – “Become ALL That You Can Be” Sept. 30th hosted by supporting member Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham Manhattan Beach was a great success! Commissioners from 13 cities in Southern CA participated in this event. These were the cities of Torrance, Redondo Beach, South Gate, Rancho Cucamonga, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, Hawthorne, Signal Hill, and Manhattan Beach.

Interesting topics and valuable information was shared and exchanged.  Wayne Powell Mayor Pro Tem of Manhattan Beach was also present and shared his experiences as a Commissioner prior to becoming a Member of City Council.  It was an honor to have him there as well as Idris Al-Ouboudi Recreation Services Manager Manhattan Beach. 

Everyone enjoyed networking and socializing.  CAPRCBM will be hosting more Round Table Discussions throughout the State of CA as this was well attended and found to be valuable.  l Hill, City of Industry, Lawndale and Manhattan Beach. The Mayor Pro Tem of Manhattan Beach Wayne Powell and Idris Al'Ouboudi Recreations Services Manager from Manhattan Beach were also present. Many interesting topics were discussed and everyone enjoyed the social / networking hour. Thanks to all who were present and we will be hosting more of these throughout the State of CA.
