Sam Crawford, Director 2011
Sam Crawford, has been a District Administrator with the Fair Oaks Park District and is  now a commissioner with the City of Woodland.  Sam has been active with the California Special District Association and served as President in 1984-1986.  He has been very active on the CPRS Legislative Committee.
