Leo Friedland was a member of the City of Cypress Recreation & Park Commission for 8 years. He is employed by Los Angeles County and is an event coordinator for the City of Cypress. He is a former ambassador to former Orange County Supervisor, Harriet Wieder and a former candidate for Cypress City Council. He has served on the CAPRCBM Board of Directors for 10 years, currently as a At Large Director and is the conference booth chairman for the association.
