Edward served on the Ontario Parks & Rec Commission and is now on the Planning Commission. His wife and he are involved in the community through various teen and youth programs. He is a board member on a youth program in the City of Pomona . He is employed with the City of Carson as their Superintendent of Landscape and Building Maintenance and has been in the Municipal Arena for 25 years, 17 in Parks & Recreation. While working with the County of Los Angeles he was the Maintenance supervisor for the Santa Fe Damm development, Phase I, and also did the picnic area development & installation for the Hollywood Bowl. Edward started working in the Parks & Recreation Department at age 17 as a CETA worker. His career went through Parks & Recreation to Walnut Valley Unified School District , private sector Property Management and back to Parks & Recreation.
