
Brad Ricards is a Landscape Architect employed by the City of Berkeley Parks Recreation and Waterfront Department since 1988. Planning, designing and improving public park and recreational facilities is an everyday part of Brad’s work. And he has worked in a variety of other positions, including landscape maintenance and construction for nearly 30 years, while living in both northern and southern California. Brad involves himself regularly in volunteer projects, working individually and with community groups to provide hands-on care and assistance in parks and natural areas improvements. Brad served on the City of Albany’s Memorial Park Design Review Subcommittee in 1997. Currently serving on the City of Oakland’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, and as a Board Member for CAPRCBM, Brad is committed to promoting the organizing and communication efforts for park and recreational. |
