Additional Information:
Author or co-author of eight books and several hundred newspaper and
magazine articles. Served four years in U.S. Navy during Korean
Conflict. Initial career was in theatre and television, including
teaching college-level theatre courses, a national theatre tour, and two
years in Germany as a civilian producer/director of soldier shows.
Second career was as a college and university administrator and
professor. Traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe,
Central and South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, the South
Pacific, and Canada. Married childhood sweetheart, who helped to give us
four remarkable sons and eight wonderful grandchildren. Reside in lovely
