FRANK A. JELINCH has 20 years experience as a leader in Parks and Recreation, having served 8 years on the Los Gatos Parks Commission, 4 years on the Cupertino Fine Arts Commission and 7 years on the Cupertino Parks and Recreation Commission ( 2 years as Chairman). He is a member of the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival Board (former Chairman), providing free Shakespeare in the parks in the Bay Area for over 20 years. FRANK is a l965 honors graduate of San Jose State University and a l968 graduate (juris doctors degree) of Boalt Hall, University of California, Berkeley.
He had been an instructor in law at Lincoln School of Law. He is former President of the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce and President of the Sunnyvale-Cupertino Bar Association. He is recipient of the Small Business of the Year Award in 2001 for community service and is listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law. He is in private law practice in Cupertino.
