Tom Link is serving his sixth year with the Visalia Parks and Recreation and is Past President of the Commission. During the past six years on the commission Tom has served on the Water Ways Task Force, the City of Visalia Civic Center Task Force, and the City Task Force for the soon to be constructed 83 acre Sports Park. Tom is a graduate of Fresno State University with a BS degree in Marketing. He is co-owner of his 65 year old family business, Link’s Men’s and Women’s Wear located in Downtown Visalia. He also served six years in the Fresno and Hayward Air National Guard. Tom is past president of the Board of directors of the YMCA, the Visalia Rescue Mission, the Downtown Visalia Association, and the Visalia Host Lions Club. He presently serves on the College of Sequoias Foundation Board and the Downtown Visalia Property Owners Board. .
